He is a quality player and proven winner at this level and seems generously priced given the prices of a number of players above him in the betting. Howell has had a solid season making most of his cuts and producing a number of t10 finishes. He is capable in this company and again a play on price as I believe he is a vetter player than a number ahead of him in the betting.
