Much is being made of the poor record of debutants in this event but on closer inspection it's not too bad with Stenson, Rose and Fisher all coming close in recent years on debut. I'm therefore surprised Dufner is available at double the odds of the likes of fellow debutants Dyson and Molinari. Worth chancing given the feel-good factor currently sweeping through American golf following on from their recent Presidents Cup and World Cup triumphs.
