A couple of early plays on what looks a particularly uncompetitive renewal and therefore a good betting heat.

3-time winner with an outstanding record in the event. Every chance of win number 4 and hard to see him finishing out of the places with doubts over so many in the field.

Louis Oosthuizen 2 pts e/w 16/1 1/4 123 (ladbrokes)

Fresh, slowly returning to form and back on home soil with a caddy who will know Sun City's lay out like the back of his hand. His long, accurate driving should be a big asset and 16/1 is good value in this lightweight field.

First outing since Tour Championships in September. Been battling  a rotator cuff injury ever since and interestingly in his most recent tour blog on his website he states that his aim is to get back for Sun City "at the earliest". Given that his first 9-holes since the injury surfaced was only last Tuesday there's every chance his game will be extremely rusty which cannot be said for most of the opposition.
