Dae-Hyun Kim - 0.5pts e/w @ 80/1 Various

Twenty four year old Korean Kim is playing his third tournament in what is his maiden year on the Web.com Tour. His first two appearances yielded a MC and a 13th at the Panama Claro where he shot an opening round of 65 to take the lead, he later faded. What lead me towards the youngster though are his comments from an interview in Panama where he said, "Ever since I was younger I've been good off the tee. I am more comfortable with it and have much more confidence with my driver. My accuracy is better with my driver than with many of my other clubs". As mentioned in the preview, this course is tree lined with narrow fairways so his game should suit as should the fact that his opening round 65 came on one of the toughest and windiest layouts on tour all year. He managed to score -3 over the eight par 5 holes he played in Panama without conceding a bogey. I also like the fact that Kim has a decent pedigree in Asia where he has a win under his belt and can boast a 4th place in the K J Choi invitational and a second place in the Kolon Korea Open ahead of the likes of Ryo Ishikawa and YE Yang.

Hudson Swafford - 0.25pts e/w @ 100/1 Paddy Power

Another young player who brought me a nice pay-out last year when he sensationally won the Stadion Classic after chipping in from a bunker, Swafford seems to have the game for the Prince of Wales. Looking where he finished in 2012 (61st) I was slightly taken aback as last year he ranked 40th in DA, 10th in GIR and 3rd in Par 5 birdies or better, not to mention averaging 70.19 in his scoring. However, on closer inspection we find that he scored a 66 in his opening round before falling away so he definitely knows how to go low here. His missed cut two weeks ago doesn't worry me too much as he also missed it in 2012 and he closed the Colombia last week with -4 to show that his game is shaping up.
