Well down to the last event of the current season and what an event. With Nirat winning 2 weeks ago in Vietnam it means Liang has had to come here to defend his lead in the order of merit. If he came he was always going to be my selection as he has been in tremendous form over the last month. He was outstanding for China in the World cup and only beat in a playoff in Japan last wek. Nirat is saying in all the papers he is physically tired but will give it his best shot. The freshest in the field will be Jaidee as he hopes to defend his title. He has stated that he wants this title and he has had extra practice on this course. Finally one of my favourites Markseang,by far the better of the Thais in the World cup a top 10 finish last week in Japan and i would love to see him win. My Selections are Wen Chong Liang -----16/1 Coral P.Markseang------14/1 vc/Lad/Coral 1pt e/w Jaidee is too short a price in a quality field thats your call on him Good Luck Bangkok WIN WIN WIN At last the Golfing Gods were on our side. After the 3rd round i thought we were only playing for place moeny,but what happened over the last 2 holes was amazing. When Markseang put his second shot in the water on the 17th i thought that was it for us. Joint leader Rodgers bogeyed the last hole. Yates puts his 3rd in the water on the 17th to put him out of contention. Markkseang birdies the last to become joint leader. Pagunsan puts his 2nd in the bunker on the 18th and runs his shot 2o feet past the pin and misses the put to bogey the last. MARKSEANG WINS WINS. What a great end to our season so many near misses but im happy with the selections i made as most of them went on to win at some point in the season. Have a GRETA XMAS and NEW YEAR hope there is a little bit more money in your pockets. BANGKOK
