Round 1 plays (1pt):

Phil Mickelson to beat Ross Fisher -130 @ FiveDimes  WON by 1
Looking for a good week from Mickelson. He is well-acclimatised having played and finished 14th in the Singapore Open last week and has a very good record in this event, winning it in 2007 and finishing 8th here last year. Fisher may have lost out in the playoff to Mickelson two years ago, but having played 126 holes of matchplay golf over 4 days last week, he must surely be very tired after that ordeal and the long-haul flight to China. He may play well this week, but surely not in the first round.

Sergio Garcia to beat Ross Fisher -125 @ Paddy Power [also available @ FiveDimes]  LOST by 5
Garcia left the Volvo World Match Play Championship after the group stages on Friday, so he will be much more rested and after shooting a 7-under-par round in his final match (as well as finishing 4th the previous week), he is in good form as well. Add in the fact that he is the defending champion and he is another who should beat Fisher in the first round.

Phil Mickelson to beat Padraig Harrington -125 @ FiveDimes  WON by 5
Mickelson has finished ahead of Harrington in both of the last two years here and in last week's event in Singapore. I can't see any reason this won't continue this week.
