Outright Picks - Champions Tour

Tipster: Stanley

JELD-WEN Tradition

[Stanley is away on holiday this week, the following advice is offered by Andy]

Morris Hatalsky 0.5 pts EW at 40/1 Bet 365 LOST

Hatalsky has hardly been a prolific winner since he joined the tour in 2001 winning only twice in the last two years. He is however one of the most consistent players on Tour and has a set of all round stats that would turn most pros green with envy including 2nd in putting average , 11th in driving accuracy, 3rd in total birdies in 2004. Most intriguingly on this course with its 4 par 5s three of which come in the closing stretch he lies 9th in par 5 birdies. Hatalsky has 6 top ten finishes in 2004 including a third place last week. If past history is anything to go by he tends to play well immediately following a top ten place finish. With a top five place in this same event last year take the hint and get on at the above odds.
