Stake 1.5pts Mahan to beat Goosen -114 @ Unibet
Mahan has had a couple of decent finishes here in the past and coupled with a solid start to the season a good showing is expected. Goosen's game has been hit and miss for a while now and given that this is his first appearance here since the US Open in 2000 i'm more than happy to oppose him this week. Lose

Stake 1.5pts DiMarco to beat Duke -110 @ Intertops
DiMarco is not the most reliable of players and not one to invest in heavily. He has started the season decently and has good finishes here from as recent as 2006. Duke has proved the more reliable player for a while now but his record here, in california, and the west coast swing in general is so bad that DiMarco has t be the bet at these odds. Lose

Stake 1.5pts Klauk to beat Warren -110 @ Stan James
Klauk has had a promising start to the season and his stats (above average DD, excellent DA) suggest that he will not be out of place on the tour. He has no course from. Warren opened this season with a promising 11th place finish last week but I'm wary of putting too much emphasis on on event. Based on last seasons form and Warrens previous form here Klauk has to be considered favourite. Win

Stake 1.5pts Mahan to beat O'Hair -105 @ ToteSport
Just like Duke, O'Hair has had numerous chances both here and in Califormia and his record remains dreadful. In California it reads 8 missed cuts from 13 starts and a best FP of 26th. He has started the season well but so has Mahan nso he has to be favoured. Lose
