A little bit of guess work this week in that none of the filed have played competition golf at this course!!! A strong field and a case can be made for most of the top players in the field but I have gone for the following selections. S.Garcia 2pts win 1 pt place @ 16/1 General Has done little wrong recently and am sure he will put in another big week this week at decent odds A.Scott 1pt ew @ 35/1 Tote Just waiting for his week as he is one of the most talented guys out there and should really be winning far more often than he does but am prepared to side with him at these odds. V.Singh 1pt ew @ 35/1 Tote Has won this tournament 3 times although not at this course and providing he can get his putter working should feature again come Sunday. Won the WGC at the start at this month but has missed 2 cuts since and it is just simply a case of whether he can find some form on the greens..... A.Baddley 0.75 ew @ 60/1 Paddy Power A little bit speculative but the course should suit and see no reason why a big week cannot be expected. B.Curtis 0.5 ew @ 80/1 General Has shown some great form recently and always plays better in the bigger tournaments. These odds too good to pass over B.Weekly 0.5ew @ 80/1 General One of the best ball strickers on tour and only a matter of time until he returns to his form at the start of the season and again think these odds are too big for a player with so much ability. K.Duke 0.5 ew @ 125/1 General Again another playing some great golf especially in recent weeks and it wont take much more for this veteran to finish near the top come Sunday! D.Chopra 0.5ew @ 175/1 General Has had average form in the US this year but hopefully the trip back home will give him a little confidence where he finished a respectable 8th. Would have been better but for a last round 73 which is a little bit of a concern but again at these odds think he is worth a chance. |
