Haas has little Florida form to speak of, doesn't really have the accuracy game for this type of course
and looks to be over-estimated by his 5th place finish last week in a very poor field. Both players we
are opposing him with, Slocum and Kanada, have been very impressive this season and will be suited
by the accuracy challenge this course poses.
Poulter is still displaying inconsistency and has a very poor Florida record with six missed cuts from
nine starts. Both Durant and Glover have excellent Florida records and the perfect game for this course,
especially Durant.
Pettersson has the accurate game required here and has four top ten finishes in Florida and is in decent
form. Bohn hasn't mustered one top ten finish in the state and his current form is inconsistent and littered
with missed cuts.
An in form DiMarco is a class above Lonard, he has shown promise this season and has a respectable
record in the state. Lonard game is all about accuracy but his Florida record is shocking with a best place
finish of 35th from 14 starts in the last 3 years. If DiMarco performs this week he should take this one
comfortably.
And so to Verplank. His reliability has deteriorated over the years but he still has a game dependent on
accuracy, has a very impressive record in Florida and has a good h2h record against Quigley. Quigley's
consistent form, game and previous record in the state has a high 30's finish written all over it and Verplank
who has the game to finish in contention this week has a great chance at these odds.
