Zurich Classic of New Orleans

Finishing Positions (0.5 pt stakes)

Loss 9.75 Pts. A week best forgotten, but a challenge now to get it all back.

Pre Round Two Trades. (Summary: This is the week from hell and the only comfort I can take from it is that every trade we have placed over the two trades has been value. It just so happens that most of the trades have went against us.)

Buy Tim Clark at 17 with IG Sport M/U 24, Profit 3.5 Pts
Clark is tied 3rd after R1 but there is a long way to go and 17 seems a bit low at this stage. He hasn't beaten a 17 M/U since the AT&T in February which was the last event in his great run from the South African Open win thru the Bob Hope then the AT&T where he finished 1st, 2nd, 4th. This may be a sign of a return to form but at 17 its worth the risk that it isn't.

Buy Padraig Harrington at 16 with Sporting Index M/U 11, Loss 2.5 Pts
Harrington is on -4 and like Clark is possibly priced just a bit low as its only R1. Like Clark also, he has went off the boil after his win in the Honda with a MC and a 63rd place in two events since albeit they were two of the biggest events of the year. At the price we have value as so much can happen between now and Sunday night.

Buy Lucas Glover at 26 with IG Sport M/U 3.5, Loss 10.75 Pts
Last play pre-R2 on Glover who struggled early on yesterday but managed to carve out a 69. He has really been playing well recently but on long term form and the state of the leaderboard it is possible that he is being priced at 23-26 in expectation of more sell plays than buys and although it is a risky bet for us I feel we should play it as he should be nearer 29/30.
