Ford Championship at Doral

Outright Bet:

Back Phil Mickelson 4 pts at down to 3.75 (preferably the current 3.8 or better) at Betfair
(3.75 also available at Stan James)

He looks in control of virtually every part of his game and I cannot see him falling away. Possibly his driving isn't 100% reliable yet but a missed fairway here is seemingly not that disastrous, many of the players at the top of the leaderboard are barely better than 50% driving accuracy so far. Mickelson has birdied holes 1 and 2 on both days so far and if he does that again who knows what price he'll be. What we'll look to do is try and get a 'free bet' and put up a lay in case he gets quite short. So, also at the same time put up to:
Lay Phil Mickelson 2 pts at 2.2
and 2 pts at 1.8 and if he's still in the hunt, we'll review it after round three.

Sunday update: Things didn't go as planned but we'll leave the bets as they are for the final round and hope for the best.

Summary
He putted very poorly over the weekend and, despite hitting plenty of greens, his dislike of Bermuda-grass greens shone through.

Total points staked: 4 ... Total points laid: 0 ... Loss = -4 pts.
