FINAL RESULT: 1-1; -0.80pts

Daniel/D'Alessio LOST by 12
Prammanasudh/Gulbis WON by 2

I'm still at a loss to explain how D'Alessio not only trounced Daniel, but may even match her top-3 finish of last year.

Matchup plays (4pts):

Beth Daniel to beat Diana D'Alessio -120 @ Pinnacle
Presumably the rationale for this matchup is D'Alessio's 3rd place finish in this event last year, but given that Daniel has finished ahead of D'Alessio in 22 of their last 23 common events (and that sole loss was by a single shot), I'll gladly take these odds on the far better player.

Stacy Prammanasudh to beat Natalie Gulbis -106 @ Expekt
Not the same degree of mismatch here, but the last time that Gulbis has finished ahead of Prammanasudh in the U.S. was back in May. Gulbis has only recorded one top-10 finish since May whereas Prammanasudh is coming off a runners-up finish in her last event, and Prammanasudh has a good record on this course whereas Gulbis has withdrawn an opening 80 in her sole previous appearance. There really isn't a great deal that suggests that the local player will struggle in this matchup this week.

Still awaiting odds from Five Dimes so there may be more plays in the morning. [Update: No further plays]
