Matchup Picks - LPGA Tour

Tipster: Stanley

Chick-fil-A Charity Championship (1.5pts unless stated):

Rosie Jones to beat Hee-Won Han -111 @ Centrebet [3pts]
Han has really struggled this year, missing two cuts in five starts with no top-10 finishes. The only time she finished ahead of Jones was in the opening event before Jones made her famous announcement. With the American having a decent record on this course since 1996, she should post yet another top-15 finish this week, which will be more than enough to beat Han.

Cristie Kerr to beat Aree Song -154 @ NordicBet
Song has been a little disappointing in her last two events and faces a initial handicap from a poor draw - she is in the very last group out in the first round. Kerr has threatened to win a couple of times this season and did so in style in the last Tour events two weeks ago. With a week's rest after that victory, she should be a strong contender again this week.

Catriona Matthew to beat Stacy Prammanasudh -110 @ SkyBet
Siding with experience and a player renowned for consistently high finishes even though she has found closing out events when in the lead rather tough. Her consistency makes her ideal for match bets and that is something that Prammanasudh has yet to achieve.

Final update: 2-1-0; +2.19pts

Jones/Han WON by 12
Kerr/Song LOST by 5
Matthew/Prammanasudh WON by 3

Profitable plays thanks to the double-play on Jones who almost won the event. Only loss was from opposing a player who until mid-way through her final round looked as though she would run away with the tournament.
