6-4; +2.18pts

Round 1 plays (1pt)

Anders Hansen to beat Michael Campbell -138 @ Pinnacle  WON by 6
Cambo made his first cut since September last week, but with missed cuts in his last two visits to Dubai, I can't see him making the weekend this week

Maarten Lafeber to beat Hideto Tanihara -113 @ Five Dimes  WON by 1
I'd back the other player in Japan, but Tanihara has played six times in Europe and missed the cut five times

Lee Westwood to beat Sergio Garcia -115 @ Five Dimes  LOST by 1
Westwood is playing the better golf at the moment and leads Garcia 7-3 head-to-head in the 1st round over the past year. It should also help that he tees off in the afternoon as it will be pretty cold when Garcia tees off in the morning

Round 2 plays (1pt)

Miguel Angel Jimenez to beat Martin Kaymer -110 @ Five Dimes  LOST by 1  (after finding water and taking SEVEN on the last hole!)
Ian Poulter to beat Martin Kaymer -106 @ Unibet  WON by 2
The forecast for tomorrow is very windy and Kaymer has struggled in these conditions in the past. As he also leads the mini-tournament (i.e. w/o Woods), that should also add to the pressure (something that Poulter clearly loves!)

Sergio Garcia to beat Lee Westwood +110 @ Five Dimes  TIED
I don't understand why Sergio has been made such a large underdog. If anything, he should be favourite as the afternoon starters today had over a shot advantage over the morning starters. That will be compromised by the winds tomorrow, but he is still the better wind player

Round 3 plays (1pt)

Paul McGinley to beat David Howell +105 @ Pinnacle  WON by 3
Andrew McLardy to beat Jyoti Randhawa +138 @ SkyBet  WON by 2
Richard Green to beat Miguel Angel Jimenez -105 @ Five Dimes  VOID (Green dns)
Sergio Garcia to beat Lee Westwood +100 @ Five Dimes  LOST by 2
Jean-Baptiste Gonnet to beat Andrew Coltart +120 @ Ladbrokes  TIED (loss)

No time for write-ups.

Round 4 play (1pt)

Martin Kaymer to beat Miguel Angel Jimenez -110 @ Five Dimes  WON by 9
Two players moving in opposite directions in this tournament. Jimenez has struggled with his game over the last two days, whereas Kaymer has responded particularly well since struggling early in his second round. He hit 15 of 18 greens in regulation today and has a chance of winning
