Result Schwartzel MC No show from Charl this week. Edfors T13 A nice tournament from Edfors while never threatening to win. Karlsson T3 Not quite enough from Robert but yet another good event and maybe he is more consistent than I give him credit for. Shame we went win only but hindsight is a wonderful thing!
Robert Karlsson 1.5pts win @ 25-1 Blue Square & Skybet -1.5pts Can't complain about Bob's form at the moment (8th in Masters, 3rd in Italy), and while he can be tricky to catch right and not 100% trustworthy, I am happy to have an interest win only on him having a 3rd decent event in a row. Charl Schwartzel 1pt win @ 55-1 Totesport & Sportingbet -1pt This is based purely on price, and I think it is an overreaction to a couple of poor weeks. It would have been impossible for him to keep churning out Top 10 finishes and after a few events out of the spotlight he may be ready to contend again. Johan Edfors 0.5pts win @ 60-1 Totesport -0.5pts Also a price related play, due to one bad finish last week and a shocker at the course last year. A bit speculative but worth a shot. |
