Result Garcia T19 Westwood T10 A disappointing end to a promising tournament, in which Tiger again scared the opposition into defeat. Sergio looked great from tee to green, but the claw grip and the belly putter aren't an encouraging combination and he will have to sort his putting out very quickly. Lee put him self into contention after a good round 3 but faded on Sunday, but had yet another top 10 finish.
Tiger looks invincible this week but he is still human, so we shall attempt to get him beat. I think it will take a big week from a top quality player to do this so we will go for..... Lee Westwood 1pt ew @ 18-1 Bet Internet -2pts Lee's game is in great shape at the moment, and he has been in the top 10 in 10 of his last 11 events! He will probably still need to raise his game to beat Tiger, but if it all clicks this week then that is entirely possible. Sergio Garcia 0.5pts ew @ 30-1 Bet Internet & Totesport -1pt Sergio's game is not as fine tuned as Lee's at the moment, but that means we get a price as big as this. Hopefully Tiger's prescence will put some fire in Garcia's belly and if this happens then he is more than capable of winning. |
