European Open

Round 3 Update
No more bets or lays, hoping that Thomas Bjorn holds on to win and delivers another profitable week.

Round 2 Update
Monty made the cut by the narrowest of margins and looks an unlikely winner. O'Hern and Goosen are very much in contention just two and four shots out of the lead, there is no reason to panic just yet. Adding one more lay ...

Lay Jonathan Lomas to win 1 Point @ 29.0 ---> Matched
You have to look back to 1996 for his last tour win, and although he comes here in decent form on balance is one to oppose at the odds.

Round 1 Update
This could prove a testing tournament with both Goosen and O'Hern having good opening rounds. Goosen held the early lead and finished just one stroke off the lead, O'Hern rallied to be three strokes off the lead, both are shorter in the betting. Monty finished at 1 over  seven shots behind.

Pre-Tournament

Lay Colin Montgomerie to win 1 Point @ 42.0 ---> Matched
Same reasons as last week, Monty is a rare winner on Tour these days and the field assembled this week is far stronger than last week. His last win dates back to the 2002 Volvo Masters

Lay Retief Goosen to win 3 Points @ 9.0 ---> Matched
The US Open was there for his taking but blew it with a final round of 81. He is known for his mental resilience but even so it will take a strong performance to recover from that sort of knockback. Worth taking on in a competitive field at such short odds.

Lay Nick O'Hern to win 1 Point @ 30.0 ---> Matched
O'Hern is ultra consistent but a rare winner on tour. He missed the cut last week on the PGA Tour in the Barclays Classic so has to recover from that performance and also back to back PGA Tour and European Tour events.
