Although Howell has form here with 6th and 5th in the last two years and is
arguably the best player on the European Tour over the last few weeks, this bet
has to be taken on the weather alone. The price of Howell on an event here with
this field in the summer shouldn't go below 20 so with the added "attraction" of
a gale to make it hard for everyone, anything under 20 has to be traded.
