Carl Mason                     2pts win @ 15/2 Skybet
Mason has an excellent record here of 17-2-1 and he considers it one of his favourite events on the tour. He has had rather an up-and-down start to the season but he has shown promise on a coupleof occasions. He missed the cut last time out but that shouldn't be of concern as he missed the cut in the Senior British Open last season before going on to win this event. Being the best player by far in a field of average quality and on a course he loves this isn't a bad price considering at times Mason has been as low as 7/2 on this tour. 1st

Horacio Carbonetti      1pts e/w @ 22/1 Skybet
Carbonetti has had a decent enough start to the season but it is his previous form here that is the clincher. With a previous record here of 1-1-6-2-7 his inclusion here is a must where course experience is of great value. T42nd

Philippe Dugeny           0.25pts e/w @ 100/1 Skybet
Dugeny could be a bit of value in this weakish field. In the last two seasons he has had three top ten finishes so he shouldn't be considered a no-hoper. He finished 4th in Poland earlier this season and last season he finished a respectable 13th here. Dugeny has shown that he has the ability to shoot low, a must for this course, as he has hit scores in the 60's at the same rate as Carbonetti has over the past two years including a 65 here last year.
