Ross Drummond is a welcome addition to the tour this season. He has an obvious chance but it's
difficult to gauge his current level of ability and as John Bland was the last person to win on his
tour debut, way back in 1995 I think we'll swerve him for this event.

Bob Boyd                                        0.75pts e/w @ 25/1 Skybet
It's great to have Boyd back on the tour. Boyd underwent a bone marrow transplant in June 2006,
after being diagnosed with leukemia in February and then promptly returned to golf in the Carolinas
Open in October, an event he won by seven shots. On his debut season on the tour he managed to
finish a creditable 29th despite only playing in 10 events. He managed to achieve 6 top ten finishes
in that season and has the class to go close again.

Gavan Levenson                            0.5pts e/w @ 33/1 Skybet
After a promising debut season when he finished ranked 22nd on the tour Levenson has rather
disappointingly failed to improve on that in subsequent seasons. But he has shown excellent
consistency over the three seasons on tour and has a superb record in this event. From his
three starts he won this event in 2004, finished 28th in 2005 after a second round of 78 and
7th place last season. Appears to perform well early in the season and has every chance to go
close again.
