FINAL RESULT

Chillas T28;  Cameron T13;  Poxon T8

Bets: 3     Wins: 0    Losses: 3    Profit/Loss =  -3 Pts.

John Chillas to win 12/1 e.w.  1 pt @ Skybet
One of the most consistent performers on the tour in the last 3 years, he has improved his tour ranking position every year. Until last week he hadn’t shown the same level of form this year having not finished in the top ten from his five starts. However, he was suggested that he was back to his best last week when he finished 3rd in the Irish Open. In this event last year he finished second while in both 2002 and 2003 he showed decent form after an inauspicious start. Must have a good chance if he reproduces last weeks form.

Bob Cameron to win 14/1 e.w.  1 pt @ Skybet
Another player who has built up a strong reputation since joining the tour in 2003. In his two previous starts in this event he has finished 5th in 2004 and 2nd in 2003, both times showing a great deal of consistency over all three rounds. His form this season is slightly below par but he has regularly found himself fighting an uphill battle after a poor first round. If he can get off to a good start, as he has achieved on his two previous visits to this course, he is in with a solid chance.

Martin Poxon to win 40/1 e.w.  1pt @ Skybet
This is only his second start on the tour, but the signs in last weeks Irish Open were very encouraging. Striking the ball particularly well, he finished in a promising and well deserved 7th place. Looking back at his previous form on this course on the European Tour, over a twelve year period he invariably had one of his best yearly finishes at this course. With decent current and course form he warrants an interest at such a big price.
