Round One Trades

The decision to play up both Fisher trades backfired as he beat Martin, even although he was behind for most of the match. Unfortunately Plaphol also gave a fair lead back but at least won the match to ensure a small profit on the day.

Sell Ross Fisher over Chawalit Plaphol 18H MB at 2 with IG Sport for 0.2 Pts M/U -13, Profit 3 Pts
Three Top 10's in his last five events on Tour suggests that Plaphol is being underestimated for this match up against up and coming European player, Fisher. Ross, in three events on the Asian circuit has an excellent 4th in China in 05' but has followed that with a missed cut in Hong Kong and a 37th in Malaysia. Head to heads are sparse but on this tour Plaphol leads on R1 only by 2-1 and all rounds by 4-3 with 2 ties. A realistic price would be 1.5ch.

Sell Ross Fisher over Miguel Angel Martin 18H MB at 4 with Spreadex for 0.2 Pts M/U 13, Loss 1.8 Pts
I have dithered over this one all day as I don't really like opposing the same player twice but arguably this is better value than the Plaphol bet placed yesterday so I have decided to go with it. Martin has played eight times on this tour with varying results, 12th and a 4th being the best returns. He does though have a bit more experience than his opponent and should possibly only be a 1-4 underdog not 4-7.
